Add or Edit Products in your Product List

The MyCarrier Product List can be a powerful tool in your shipping arsenal. By adding your Products to the Product List, you can ensure timely and accurate product entry, for every quote.

Quick Tip: You can saved products in the quote flow by Commodity Description, Product ID, NMFC, and HazMat Product Name!

Adding a New Product

  1. From the home page, navigate to the toolbar on the left-hand side and select "More" then "Product List”,

  2. Select the Add Product button,

  3. Next, enter your product details,

    1. We recommend changing the Product ID to your internal product identifiers or SKU

  4. Save your product,

  5. Repeat for additional products,

  6. Start using your products!

The only requirements to move to step two in the Quote Process are Dimensions, Weight, and Freight Class.

Editing a Product

Editing a Product is simple and easy!

  1. Navigate to the Product List and locate your desired product

  2. Hover over the product and Select it to open the product tray

  3. Make your edits,

  4. Save your product,

  5. Repeat for additional products,
