💳 What is the MyCarrier Payment feature?

MyCarrier Payments allows you to pay your carrier invoices directly through the platform, streamlining the freight audit and payment process in one centralized location.

💸Do I need to pay extra to utilize this feature?

Nope! As long as you utilize Invoice Hub, you can have access to Payments through MyCarrier.

🔑 How do I access the payment feature?

Access to the payment feature isn’t automatic. Users can request access by reaching out to MyCarrier Customer Support or your Customer Success Representative. Once enabled, it’ll be available through the Invoice Hub.

🧾 Can I pay multiple invoices at once?

Yes! You can select and pay multiple invoices in one bulk transaction.

💰 What payment methods are supported?

You can pay via ACH (bank transfer) or credit card. Credit card fees vary depending on your provider.

💸 Are there any fees associated with payments?

Yes, here’s the breakdown:

  • ACH: 1% fee, capped at $20 per transaction. EG; $700 payment, $7 fee. $14,000 payment, $20 fee

  • Credit card: Fees vary based on your credit card provider

  • AI-parsed invoices: $1 Technology Fee per invoice

✅ How do I know if a payment was successful?

You’ll get a confirmation in the platform. Additionally, you can check the Payments tab under your Profile Icon for real-time status updates.

🧾 Can I make short payments?

Not yet! We are looking forward to making this available.

⏰ Can I schedule payments for later?

Not yet! All payments need to be submitted manually on the day you want them to process.

📦 When do carriers receive their payments?

MyCarrier sends out payments to carriers every Thursday. Carriers will receive an email once their payment is processed. These payments are sent to carriers via ACH.

Carriers do not receive any notification prior to the following Thursday that the payment has been made. We recommend sending out the MyCarrier provided receipt if they do reach out.

🔐 Is the payment process secure?

Absolutely. All payments go through a secure, PCI-compliant system with full encryption. We don’t mess around with your money.
