Submit carrier invoices directly to the Invoice Hub via your secure email alias for fast, automatic matching and auditing.

Capture Invoices via Email

You can now send invoices directly to the Invoice Hub by emailing them to your unique MyCarrier email alias.

Find Your Email Alias

Navigate to Customer Settings → Invoice Settings to locate your private email alias.

Treat this email like a password:

  • Only share it internally

  • Or provide it directly to trusted carriers

Carriers can use this email to submit all invoice documents on your behalf.


How It Works

  1. Attach the invoice to an email

  2. Send it to your email alias

  3. Done - we’ll handle the rest

Within minutes, the invoice will appear in the Invoice Hub, where it will:

  • Automatically match to a shipment (via PRO, or BOL)

  • Be audited against the original quote


Best Practices

For the smoothest processing experience:

  • Attach invoices as PDFs

  • Keep emails simple (plain text subject line only)

  • One invoice per email

  • PDFs can be multiple pages, but should contain a single invoice
