Getting Started

To access the new system:

  1. Check your inbox: Look for a "Password Reset" email from [email protected] with the subject line “Join Sunset Pacific’s Freight Portal”

  2. Set your password: Follow the link to create your new secure password. Your username will be your email address.

  3. Log in: After setting your new password, you will be able to log in and access the portal at ccc.sunsetpacific.com.

How to Link Your System via API

Connecting your internal system to the Sunset application is a simple three-step process. Follow the instructions below to retrieve your API credentials/key.

Step 1: Access API Management

Once you have logged into the platform, locate and click the Manage API Keys button. This is typically found within your account settings or integration dashboard.

Step 2: Retrieve Your Key

On the Manage API Keys screen, you will see a default API key that has been automatically generated for you.

  • To view the key: Click the Eye icon.

  • To copy the key: Click the Copy icon to save it to your clipboard.

Step 3: Establish the Connection

Paste the copied API key into the designated field within your internal system. This will securely link your software to the Sunset application, allowing for seamless data integration.
