You can follow the instructions below to integrate FedEx Freight with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with FedEx Freight.
FedEx Freight will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier as this carrier does require each integration to have its own account number. Please ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and FedEx Freight by connecting with your rep and gathering this information before integrating.
1. To integrate FedEx Freight onto your MyCarrier you will need your SHIPPER Account number. This is you FedEx Freight “Bill-To” account you use for shipping. This is NOT your Express/Parcel account number.
