What's New on Your Booking Confirmation Page
We've refreshed the page you land on right after booking a shipment, so it's quicker to see what you need and easier to know what to do next.
Your shipment details, at a glance
As soon as your shipment is booked, you'll see a clean summary — carrier, BOL number, PRO number, pickup date, and origin/destination — right at the top of the page, along with a preview of your BOL.
Faster access to your BOL and labels
Print, email, or download your Bill of Lading and shipping labels with one click. Need the full details? Just select "View Shipment Details."
See your insurance price up front
If your shipment isn't insured yet, you'll now see the exact coverage amount and price for that shipment right on the confirmation page — for example, "Insure up to $10,000 cargo value for only $37.00" — so you can decide with the full picture, with no obligation.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my BOL and labels?
Look for the BOL preview near the top of the confirmation page, or select "Print BOL," "Print Labels," or "View Shipment Details."
Where did the 'Email Tracking' feature go?
Email tracking now lives under the 'Notifications' button. Simply open the Notifications window, select who should be notified and select 'Send Now' to send our standard Tracking Email.
Do I have to add insurance?
No — it's completely optional. You'll always see the exact price before you decide, and nothing is added unless you choose to complete it.
What are Dockware and Invoice Hub?
They're additional MyCarrier tools you can explore right from the confirmation page — Dockware helps with freight documentation at the dock, and Invoice Hub helps you track and pay invoices. Trying them out doesn't change or affect your booked shipment.
