Error Message: For international shipments, the currency field is required in the request. The request is invalid.
Possible Solution
Currently, MyCarrier only supports domestic dispatches with FedEx.
Select the Manual Dispatch button. This will create your BOL and still allow you to track this shipment through our system, but you will need to call FedEx to schedule these pickup requests for those international shipments.
Additional Info
This is a limitation with FedEx and our integration provider, specifically on international shipments. We are working with FedEx and our Integration provider to provide support to these types of shipments with FedEx, but at this time, we do not have much progress to report on.
