How do I add a Carrier I do not have an account with?

Request a new carrier connection from our list of carriers!

Instructions

  1. Access "Customer Settings" by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.

  2. Search the carrier you are looking to set up an account with on the left-hand side, Then select "I don’t have an account".

  3. Within the new window, you can click on ‘Send Request’ to have MyCarrierTMS facilitate the account setup process!
