Why is my Carrier not showing up when I quote?

If you are getting an error when quoting with a carrier you were looking to ship with, there are a few things you should check.

If you get an error when retrieving rates from a specific carrier, go to the carrier's website and find the Transit Time Calculator. This will give you information on if you can quote this origin/destination.

Generally, this will say that it is not a serviceable location or will be an interline pickup/delivery that may be unsupported.
