Error Message: com.sun.xml.internal.ws.client.ClientTransportException: The server sent HTTP status code 429: Too Many Requests [Invalid key specified for account -error:rrq5f885b437cce6]. [Invalid key specified for account -error:rrq5f885b4392cbb]

Possible Solution

Oak Harbor has a limited number of requests that they can send over their API per hour. If you see this error, please try again in an hour.

Additional Information

Oak Harbor has advised that they allow a maximum of 50 requests per minute for the full API and all users connected to our integration provider.

This means, any quote, dispatch, tracking, or imaging request (again for All Oak Harbor customers connected via our Integration Providers API) that hits the API counts toward the 50 total requests per minute, which is why we see this error on a fairly regular basis.
