In the event that you need an update on the status of your shipment, you can reach out to the carrier transporting the goods directly.

Once you dispatch your shipment, the carrier's contact information is listed on the details page for that shipment. Start by navigating to the shipments tab in MyCarrierTMS and click on the BOL for the shipment you're inquiring about.

The page will then refresh and display all of the reference numbers for the shipment as well as the contact information for the carrier on the right hand side of the page. Please note that if the shipment has not been picked up, you must provide the pickup number when inquiring about the shipment as the PRO number has not yet been scanned into the carrier's system.
