Re-connect TForce in MyCarrier

TForce has recent undergone some updates, and you will need to update your TForce connection between now and May 1, 2024.

In order to re-connect your TForce account to MyCarrier, please follow the instructions below:

1. In the top right corner of your MyCarrier Page, click the Gear Icon and Select "Customer Settings"

2. On the right side of the page, you will see your connected carriers. Below each connected carrier, you will see each location that is currently connected to the carrier.

Scroll to your TForce connections, and click the pencil icon to edit the integration.


4. Enter your account number.


5. Select "Update Account" to verify your account number.

6. Once verified, the "Sign Up" and "Login" buttons will populate.

  • If you have not completed the Sign-up form yet, click "Sign-Up". This form is required by TForce. Please include all company locations in the "Locations to view" field of this form.

  • If you have already completed the Sign-up form, click "Login". This Login form is required by TForce.

7. The Sign-up/Login form is complete once you get to the following page:

8. Navigate back to MyCarrier, and select "Finalize".


9. If you have any additional locations, please complete the steps above for each location. This is a requirement by TForce in order to re-connect your rates. The Sign-up form should only be completed once, any additional connections will be completed with the "Login" form.
