If MyCarrier is required by law to collect any Taxes applicable to amounts paid by Customer in connection with use of the MyCarrier Platform or Professional Services, then MyCarrier will state such amount as a separate line item on the invoice and Customer is obligated to pay such amount to MyCarrier; provided, that, MyCarrier will provide Customer with an official tax certificate or other evidence of payment submitted to the applicable tax authority.
