How to upgrade your subscription and add Core Add-Ons

Upgrading From the Billing Page

You can upgrade your subscription within your MyCarrier account using the following steps:

  1. Log into your MyCarrier account. Click here for the Login page.

  2. Navigate to your Billing page by clicking the gear icon in the upper righthand corner. Click here for the Billing page.

  3. Select 'Get Started' on the plan you would on the plan you would like to upgrade to.

  4. Select any additional features you'd like to include in your subscription, such as MyTruckload or Advanced Analytics.

  5. Add your payment method.

  6. Select 'Upgrade Plan'.

Upgrading From the Dashboard

Alternatively, you can get to the billing page from your Home dashboard. Just click on the 'Upgrade Now' button to start the process.

Changing Your Plan

You can choose to enable Core Add-Ons or upgrade to a higher subscription tier at any time during your subscription period.

You can remove Core Add-Ons or downgrade to a lower subscription tier at your renewal, but you must notify your assigned Customer Success Advisor of any downgrades or Core Add-On removals.
