Averitt Express will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and Averitt Express.
Connecting Averitt Express with MyCarrier
Enter your Averitt Express Credentials at https://tools.averitt.com/login.jsp
Once logged in, you can look see your account at the top right of the screen next to your account name
Below that you will have your API Key needed
Use the information collected and your Averitt Express username and password to integrate Averitt Express into your MyCarrier account fully
