You can follow the instructions below to integrate Central Transport Pallet with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with Central Transport Pallet.
Central Transport Pallet will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and Central Transport Pallet.
Connecting Central Transport Pallet with MyCarrier
For the access code needed to integrate Central Transport Pallet into your MyCarrier account, you need to email [email protected] with the following template:

Please generate an account code for Account # {INSERT CTII ACCOUNT NUMBER} to begin using the
CTII web service APIs. Requests will come from the following IPs:

● 52.33.218.14
● 52.43.239.122

Enter your Central Transport Credentials at centraltransport.com
To obtain your account number, log into Central Transport at centraltransport.com
Once logged in, click on "Invoice Correction" near the top of the screen. This will take you to your account information, where you will find your account number
Use the information collected and your Central Transport Pallet username and password to integrate Central Transport Pallet into your MyCarrier account
After that is complete, reach out to [email protected] to have your pallet rating turned on
