You can follow the instructions below to integrate RoadRunner Freight with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with RoadRunner Freight.
RoadRunner Freight will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and RoadRunner Freight.
Connecting RoadRunner Freight with MyCarrier
Enter your RoadRunner Freight Credentials at roadrunner.com
Once logged in, you will see your API Tracking Credentials. You will need to copy down your Application ID and API Key
Next, click on "LTL Rate Quote" to the left of the screen. This will bring up the ability to click through your accounts by their number. Copy down the account numbers that you want to integrate
Use the information collected and your Roadrunner Freight username and password to integrate RoadRunner Freight into your MyCarrier account fully
