How to integrate Ward Trucking on MyCarrier

You can follow the instructions below to integrate Ward Trucking with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with Ward Trucking.

Ward Trucking will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and Ward Trucking.

Connecting Ward Trucking with MyCarrier

  1. Enter your Ward Trucking Credentials at ward.com

  2. Once logged in, you can click "RATE QUOTE". This will take you to a page where you can find and select the account numbers needed for integration into MyCarrier

  3. Use the account number, username, and password to integrate Ward Trucking into your MyCarrier account fully

Ward Instructions for Volume Rates

  1. Ward account username and password are required. Create an account at https://wardtlctools.com/wardtrucking/apirequest/create Additionally, Ward uses IP whitelisting to verify access to the system.

  2. Provide IP ranges below using the API Access Request here: https://wardtlctools.com/wardtrucking/apirequest/create Provide IP ranges below using the API Access Request here:

    1. 38.67.201.0/26

    2. 38.101.239.128/26

    3. 50.58.179.128/26

    4. 64.95.53.128/26

    5. 107.0.73.128/25

    6. 199.244.253.192/26
