How to integrate Forward Air on MyCarrier

Follow the instructions below to integrate Forward Air with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with Forward Air.

Forward Air will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being utilized in MyCarrier and Forward Air.

Connecting Forward Air with MyCarrier

  1. Reach out to your Forward Air representative to request your API code and your Customer number.

  2. Use that information, along with your username for Forward Air to integrate Forward Air into your MyCarrier account
