How to integrate Hercules Forwarding on MyCarrier

Follow the instructions below to integrate Hercules Forwarding with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with Hercules Forwarding.

Hercules Forwarding will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being utilized in MyCarrier and Hercules Forwarding.

Connecting Hercules Forwarding with MyCarrier

  1. Email Hue Tang at [email protected] to request a passphrase. Provide your Hercules Forwarding Username and Password within the email

  2. Use that passphrase from Hercules Forwarding to integrate Hercules Forwarding into your MyCarrier account
