Day & Ross will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being utilized in MyCarrier and Day & Ross.
Connecting Day & Ross with MyCarrier
Email Tasha at [email protected] and let her know that you would like to establish an API Connection through MyCarrierTMS
Include your https://dayross.com/ Username and Password
Your Day & Ross Account Number
Generic Company Email for your company.
"Day & Ross ask for a generic email so that way if someone leaves the company they do not need to delete and re-setup the API"
Once completed, use your username, password, and account number for Day & Ross to integrate Day & Ross into your MyCarrier account
