If you find yourself in a situation where you need to pause or temporarily disable a carrier from your quoting workflow, you can easily toggle this setting without losing any historical data.
Carriers can be disabled per location, so you can more easily manage quotes on a location basis.
Please Note: In order to change this setting, you will need to have access to 'Carrier Settings'.
To disable a carrier, navigate to the Carrier Settings by clicking the
icon at the top of the lefthand navigation bar.
In the 'Manage Carriers' menu, select the carrier you would like to disable and click the
toggle to disable the carrier.
Once disabled, the carrier will no longer show up during the quoting process. Any disabled carriers will also not show up in any automation/integration logic. Historical data from activity with that carrier will still remain in any reports or analytics.
