How to integrate Cross Country Freight on MyCarrier

Follow the instructions below to integrate Cross Country Freight with your MyCarrier account. Once integrated, you can compare rates and ship freight with Cross Country Freight

Cross Country Freight will not integrate correctly if the wrong location is utilized in MyCarrier. Ensure the correct location is being used in MyCarrier and Cross Country Freight.

Connecting Cross Country Freight with MyCarrier

  1. Enter your Cross Country Freight required information at ccfs.com

  2. Ensure you 'Check' "API: Obtain quotes, request pickups, and track shipments" in the requests

  3. For the comments box, enter the following:

    1. MyCarrier TMS please whitelist these IP addresses:

      107.0.73.185

      38.101.239.130

      50.58.179.189

      38.67.201.2

      64.95.53.188

      199.244.253.253

      107.0.73.185

  4. Cross Country Freight will review your information and send you your API Key needed to integrate into MyCarrier
