The MyCarrier integration for NetSuite is currently installed within your NetSuite account and helps automate two main functions of the LTL shipping operations:

Depending on your business process, your integration will be configured to rate off of either the Sales Order object or the Shipment object in Acumatica.

Both objects need to be in the "Open" Status when preparing to retrieve a rate.

Open the Sales Order and enter your line item details under the Details tab in Acumatica.

If you are rating from the Sales Order, navigate to the MyCarrier Rating tab.

If you are rating from the Shipment Object, click on "Create Shipment" to create the Shipment object. Once created, open the Shipment object and navigate to the MyCarrier Rating tab.

In the “MyCarrier Rating” tab, there are options for accessorials, pallet dimensions, and Freight Markup Charges that you can provide if needed, before generating your order in MyCarrier.

If you'd like to be more specific, you can utilize the "Packages" tab and enter your pallet dimensions and weight. On the MyCarrier Rating tab, you only need to enter the Freight Class value and then check off the "Use Packages" instead.

Once you are ready to generate the rates, and the Sales Order is in “Open” status, check the checkbox labeled “Rate With MyCarrier” in the MyCarrier Rating tab before clicking "Save".

The rating process will begin once you click the "Save" button. MyCarrier will contact your carriers and pull in rates based on your shipment specifications. The rating process takes about 2 minutes to populate rates from MyCarrier to Acumatica. After the 2 minutes have elapsed, please refresh your Acumatica browser.

If you wish to select a rate/carrier to be used for shipping, check the checkbox labeled "Select Carrier" next to the carrier you wish to select. This will be the carrier selected when creating the shipment in MyCarrier.
