Not all carriers will provide PRO numbers over the API. In that case, you may want to request an electronic PRO block from your carrier and upload it to MyCarrier. This will allow your shipments to be automatically tracked.
Adding an Electronic Pro Block
Navigate to the top left of the screen and click the three dots and then 'Carriers'
Find the specific carrier that you would like to add a pro block to and click the 'Advanced Settings' drop down, then click '+ Add Pro# Block'
Select 'YES' on the pop up
Enter the starting and ending pro numbers and select 'Edit Carrier'
You will now see those pro numbers on your shipments
