How to find your quote reference ID on your MyCarrier account

The quote reference ID is customizable and can help you keep track of your quotes. There are 4 places that you can find the reference ID:

  1. Quote History

  2. Quote Step 1

  3. Quote Step 2

  4. Quote Step 3

Finding the Reference ID in Quote History

  1. Click 'Quote History' on the left side of the screen

  2. Find the column 'Reference ID' near the top of your screen. You will find the reference ID for your shipments there

  1. When making a quote and on step one, you may type in a reference ID or click 'Save For Later' at the bottom of the screen to have a reference ID appear for you

  1. In step 2 of making a quote, you can find the reference ID at the top of the screen. You can either keep the ID that is there or change it to something more personal
