Within MyCarrier Invoice Hub, you can access the invoices sent by your carriers.
Any invoices manually "Approved" by you and your team, or "Auto-Approved" matching the cost within the threshold set, will trigger the Bill to be created within your QuickBooks Online environment.
Statuses are located in the top right corner.
Click the Status dropdown to change the status to "Approved".
Once the invoice has been "Approved" manually or is "Auto Approved" in the MyCarrier TMS, you'll navigate to your QuickBooks Online site.
Once on your QuickBooks Online site, you'll navigate to Expenses - Vendors.
Once in Vendors, you can search for specific carrier invoices using the search box.
Once you have located the desired carrier, you can select the invoice by clicking on that line.
Here, you can view the invoice information uploaded by the MyCarrier invoice integration
